About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation payment solutions across card payments, Account-to-Account (A2A), and merchant acceptance. You will play a key role in shaping products that serve Acquirers, Payment Institutions, and Merchants, enabling seamless payment experiences across in-store, e-commerce, and omnichannel environments.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, payments, and business strategy, with a strong focus on building scalable, market-driven products that enhance acquiring capabilities and deliver real value to merchants.
Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech or payments
Strong understanding of card payments, acquiring, A2A/real-time payments, and payment flows
Experience working with Acquirers, Payment Institutions, or payment service providers
Familiarity with POS systems, payment gateways, APIs, and omnichannel acceptance
Proven ability to translate business needs into product requirements and roadmap
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Nice to Have
Experience with loyalty, eGift, or value-added merchant services
Understanding of scheme integrations (Visa, Mastercard) and ISO8583 or modern payment APIs
Exposure to risk, fraud, or transaction monitoring systems
Technical background or strong ability to work closely with engineering teams
